Annoying Phrases: Got Any?

I feel inspired by the Oxford Researchers' List of Top 10 Most Annoying Phrases to be a bit "snarky" at the moment and post some of my own peevish phrases of discontent. While mine may not make their top 10, they are silly and either misused or overused.
  •  Whatever - too dismissive
  • Irregardless - is it irrespective or regardless?
  • Amazing - just ask my wife about my feelings towards this unfeeling word
  • NOOK-YUH-LER -seriously, can we not properly pronounce it?
  • "I know it to be true" - most times the truth of something is overstated compared to the feelings we have towards the principle
  • special - ask my mother/father
  • "catch the vision" - how does one catch an intangible?
  • "The fact of the matter" - condescending usage of an authoritative statement, often used by individuals with not authority to state it
Just a few phrases. None that compare to the list in the comment section of this article. Got any of your own? Post 'em in the comment section. I'm interested in yours.
